Hello!
Instead of giving you individual copies of the reporting guidelines, I decided to post it here so that from time to time, you can check whether you are doing the right thing. Let me just remind you that your report is 30% of your grade which means I am expecting a report that is worth 30% of your grade.
Here are the guidelines for reporting:
- Do not just read from your notes or visual aids. Reporting is not just about reading the information in front of your classmates. Reporting is more of moderating inside the classroom.
- It is expected that you and your classmates have read the required readings for each topic. Given this context, I will now ask you, what should be included in your report? How will you report it?
- You are given one hour for your report. Use it wisely. Make sure that your report is well organized.
- I can only provide OHP for your reporting. If you want to use the OHP, please inform your teacher five days before your scheduled reporting. Aside from the OHP, you can use the CLASSIC means of reporting (Manila paper, Board, etc.)
- As reporters, do not limit yourself to the readings I provided for you. Do your own library research.
- This is 30% of your grade. Do good!
- Lastly, enjoy. A boring report starts with a boring reporter.
You will be graded using this criteria: content is 70 points and method/organization of report is 30 points for a total of 100 points.
