To those who posted a lot of comments, thank you very much for taking part in the discussion. I know that I have been silent for the past years. I also wish that I can post something positive about the company. Instead, I have another rant to make and it happened a few months back.
Last year, we complied all requirements needed for us to build a fence and that includes paying bonds. The bond should be returned after the construction is finished. A year later, no bond was returned despite the “friendly’ way of asking for updates. Everytime we go to their office, they will always (1) ask for another document of which they have a copy because we submitted everything before. They would often use the (2) absence of their engineer as reason. I wonder how many absences is allowed in that company. It even came to a point when they asked us (3) to give them a copy of the receipt they issued when we paid the bond. They even mentioned that they (4) lost their file that is why they could not process our refund.
When it comes to paying bonds, they want to be on schedule. But when it is the right time for them to return the bond, it would take us at least 6 months just to know if they are processing our papers.
Sad story don’t you think?
would you still recommend buying at camella homes if ever you have given the chance to buy your next house?
Every developer has its own horror stories. The posts in this blog, all the negative comments coming from readers, are not monopolized by Camella. So there is no direct answer to your question. What I would want to have is a change in the system. Camella is a total sucker when it comes to handling their clients. I am sure other developers have the same issues.
Treat me well then I will buy another property from you. They have their way of hypnotizing you so that you will buy their product. Once you are in the system, they will treat you like shit already.
But right now, my stand is, Camella is total sucker for money.
Thank you for the reply, we were suppose to give the reservation fee this coming saturday for Camella Ceritos Trails in daang hari. Now that I have read all the comments here, I have my doubts on continuing the transaction or not… haaay. I hope I will make the right choice, so far wala pa naman akong nabasa against ceritos trails here… kadalasan ng mga negative comments is sa ibang mga projects ng camella. But still “camella” is “camella” and that makes me think again and again and again…
Hi Markie,
I think the problem lies with how they handle their clients. If they could just listen. We are the type of people kasi na, as much as possible, wala ng sigawan at bangayan na gagawin sa opisina nila. But it seemed as if they will not act unless you berate them and fill their ears with bad words.
In our case, since we did not do any shouting and table-throwing in the office, they took advantage and delayed all necessary work to be done.
If you decide to go for it, just make sure that you are willing to face them head on. A little shouting and a few curses won’t hurt them. They are used to it already.
How much is the construction bond for Camella Homes?
parang 20k ata
Nagbayad na rin kami ng reservation fee sa camella daang hari which is 40k , sad to say gusto ko nang magbackout . Pwede pa kayang mairefund ang ibinayad namin?
